Dr. Rinehouse is a board certified radiologist and a serial entrepreneur. Dr. Rinehouse received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and his Doctor of Medicine from Tulane University School of Medicine. He then completed his residency training at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
An experienced physician, he practiced in a group setting for 8 years. Thereafter, he and a group of partners developed an imaging center system that grew exponentially under his leadership. Practicing teleradiology since 2008, Dr. Rinehouse and his team have supported various hospitals, outpatient imaging centers, radiology practice groups, and others with laser focus, dedication and care.
He is a member of the American College of Radiology, the American Roentgen Ray Society as well as the Society for Advanced Body Imaging.
He makes his home in West Palm Beach, Florida with his wife who is also a physician. They have two adult sons. When not working or leading his various ventures, Dr. Rinehouse is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time in the outdoors.
Received his undergraduate education at Rockhurst University in Kansas City. He earned his MHA (Master of Healthcare Administration) from Bellevue University in Omaha, Nebraska.
His experience includes being an Executive Administrator for a national Home Health Group, Chief Operating Officer of a national Teleradiology practice, as well as a Vice President of Area Operations for a national radiology practice.
Phil is certified in Lean Six Sigma achieving certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), and the National Society of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants (NSCHBC).
He lives in the Phoenix, Arizona with his wife. They have two adult children. When not helping others, he can be found around the back yard pool, the grill, or hiking the mountains in his neighborhood.
Educated at Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania for his undergraduate studies he then earned a Masters in Taxation from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Tom has worked in public accounting for his entire career. During his early years, Tom worked with large international and regional full service CPA firms. He eventually built his own multi-state international tax practice where he specialized in estate, trust, partnership, individual and corporation tax planning and compliance. In his accounting practice, Tom consulted with clients and advised other CPA firms on taxation matters..
A member in good standing in the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs, Tom also serves as an officer of the Certified Steel Stud Association (CSSA), a specialized trade organization
He makes his home in Pennsylvania with his wife and two sons. He and his family enjoy golfing, kayaking, camping, and all things outdoors.
